Programme rules
- The BONE’MA Crew programme is run by the operator of this website named in the Terms and Conditions. Taking part is voluntary and free.
- Rewards are loyalty points under the loyalty programme rules in the Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- Referrals: the CZK 50 discount applies to a new customer’s first order through a signed-in account worth at least CZK 200. The referrer receives 50 points once this order is collected (completed).
- No referral points are given for your own account, for an order with the same phone number or delivery address as the referrer uses, or for a cancelled order. Rewards are limited to 10 friends per calendar month.
- The video must be yours, public and about KEBAB HOUSE BONE’MA, and it must be clearly labelled as an ad (#ad or #sponsored, or with the platform’s paid partnership feature). It must not break the law, the rights of others or the network’s rules, and people visible in it must agree to it being published.
- We approve videos manually. An approved video earns 100 points, for up to 2 videos per calendar month. The video should stay published for at least 30 days. We pick a video of the month once a month and its author gets 500 points.
- We do not give any rewards for ratings and reviews (for example on Google or Facebook). Please rate us only according to your own opinion.
- By agreeing to publishing you give us free, non-exclusive permission to show your video (link and handle) on our website and share it on our social networks. You can withdraw this consent by e-mail at any time and we will hide the video.
- If the programme is misused (fake accounts, other people’s videos, getting around the rules) we will not award or will remove the points and may exclude the account from the programme.
- We may change or end the programme. We will announce changes on this page; points you already have stay yours. We process personal data according to the privacy policy.
